      Great place to work, great team members and management staff

      Cons

      Point situation needs to be re looked, as a person with elderly parents who have been quite ill my thinking has to be work or parents and its been very hard to concentrate on my job when elderly parents are not well and I'm having to be needed by them .

      The culture is amazing and the hourly associates make it worth your while.

      Cons

      Compensation for area managers is not good. You can hit hit all your goals and improve your department and still get a meets expectation on your annual review.
