My store manager was fantastic same with our district manager and the work is repetitive but enjoyable
Cons
the regional manager and above can’t make up their minds, regional manager constantly went against directions from corporate management and then yelled at our stl and team about it. A decent amount of the clearance items they buy a low quality and not worth the money, also not a lot of room to grow in the company unless you want to move to a store at minimum 45 mins from your current one
