      Pros

      Very easy place to work, co-workers are great, free lunch Friday, can rent out owners condos for free. Free benefits for single employee. They are very supportive if you have kids, need to leave work early etc. as long as you do not take advantage of it. Owners eat lunch with employees regularly and work everyday.

      Cons

      No 401k match or retirement plan, pay is not great. Training is not great learn at your own rate kind of deal. Have to pay in a very large amount weekly for family benefits. Raises are standard but are not good.

      Pros

      The culture is amazing and the hourly associates make it worth your while.

      Cons

      Compensation for area managers is not good. You can hit hit all your goals and improve your department and still get a meets expectation on your annual review.
