Pros

The people you work with at the "bottom of the totem pole."

Cons

Had a long interview, accepted an offer. A week and a half after giving notice to my current employer, I was notified by a manger at osi that he had "made a mistake" and my actual hourly rate was a dollar less than offered. This should be an immediate red flag. I naively accepted the position and spent the next few years of my life verbally and psychology abused to the benefit of a small group of individuals who are actually "profit sharing.". There are managers here who encourage the appointment of supervisors who are sadistic or otherwise incompetent while entry level or above field personell are subjected to endless criticism and micromanagement to produce profit for the board while being underpaid and unsupported. There is no room for "moving up" at this company, and you can't get much lower in terms of status. Pretend it's an internship, come here after undergrad, work a year or two, and get a real job at a career based organization. At least that's what the smart ones do.
