Business Outlook

Pros

They have money, so infracstructure is well developed. They have a "high organizational work ethic". Very patient oriented. They staff adequately. Both on the nursing and ancillary staff as well as the provider side. It is an academic environment.

Cons

Recent switch from Citric to Omnissa for EPIC access was a terrible decision. Most providers hate it. It's a big place, so feels more ananymous. But I think with longer employment time, this may fade. I have been able to make more personal conncetions (with consultants, for patient discussions sake), but that does take time.
