Pros
Wonderful company to work for. My department and supervisors are the best Ive ever had. We can have open discussions on our beliefs and feeling without getting into trouble. Great team work and its always a pleasure to come into work.
Cons
The pay is horrible. Annual raises are a joke. It sad that when you estimate that your pay in the next 5 years will only be about 60 cents more than what im paid now. I dont think that the company values their employees enough to pay them what they are worth. But its a wonderful ace to get the experience you need and leave.
