Management is ignorant..the only reason they got there is because they stayed with company so long. Ochsner only cares about taking over the industry. They do not care about individual employees. They do not care about the patients. Patients are just another number and money. They do not care about working as a team member. Ochsner does not care about helping employees succeed. Management only talks with their cliques. Health insurance is terrible...you can only see Ochsner physicians whom are terrible! The pay is terrible. 17 years experience does not warrant more than $18/ hour. DO NOT WORK HERE!!! Run as fast as you can!!!! HIPPA LAWS broken all over the hospital and labs!!!
