Pros
Overall it is a family oriented atmosphere. Ochsner provides complete job readiness and compliance training to the staff so they may provide the best quality service to its patients. Loved my supervisors but most of all loved working with the patients.
Cons
No cons about the job itself. Except to stay away from the select few who are about bringing drama or negativity to work and like to talk about everybody to everybody on Ochsner time. Just focus on helping the patients and your job.
