Pros
It is a financially stable hospital system. They promote education and betterment of the staff.
Cons
Extremely top heavy with leaders. Lot's of kiss butt favoritism- "do as I say, not as I do". Communication disconnect from top management to worker bees. Way to large and they keep expanding which make compliance difficult. Not proactive and thought out when they implement projects- not enough planning involved so you end up doing the same project 2 or 3 times- very inefficient. Poor onboarding of new staff leads to high turnover.
