      Great team work. Everyone pulls together and helps each other out. Self scheduling is a big plus. Enjoyable employee atmosphere

      Cons

      Pay was below average. High level of acuity patients. Team nursing, no aides. Nurses to provide nursing care to 7 patients plus feed, bathe, change, assist to bathroom and make beds as needed.
