Pros
This company taught me a lot about managing difficuly employees and even more difficult customers. I had the opportunity to meet wonderful people who cared about their community and put money into people's hands. Benefits were pretty good- 15 days PTO starting out.
Cons
Bottom line of this industry is that it is predatory. It takes advantage of people who need money desperately and I could justify the need for plasma over the health and well-being of others. Pay was not great, Locations are typically in really bad areas with high crime rates, and corporate will not allow you to higher security without showing a history of incidents.
