Great system with years of service in the industry. this has created a huge company with many different Standard Operating Procedures to help guide personnel on the path they want you to grow in.
Cons
Down side is the work culture in this facility (San Diego Duke Street). This crab mentality, where if someone is growing and becoming better, others will spread rumors about that individual, mock them continuously and want to make themselves feel better. The customer service provided is horrible. just take a look at yelp.com. The management team is inconsistent and fair at best. there is no accountability for the employees because of the boss of the facility is %100 non confrontational, so others just walk all over her when she tries to make a point.
