Pros
Good pay, room for growth in the company, you get trained despite your prior work experience.
Cons
Disorganized shift planning. You have to rely on some workers and some of these other workers take advantage of their position or are not picking up the weight. WAAAY too many hands on test and examinations to perform in front of the higher ups. I understand it is to make sure you know what you are doing but the anxiety can be over bearing. Maybe if you had to submit a video of you showing what you know or have less eyes on you but otherwise it was ridiculous.
