Pros

They will hire people with no experience. This is the only pro.

Cons

- VERY low pay for the kind of work you do and the amount you do, and very meager pay raises for amount of new work you take on if you get trained in a new area - Subtle racism against white employees by black employees. Whether or not management acknowledged it was happening, everybody knew it was. Most cons extend from management, including: - Not following their own rules except if there is an inspection coming up. A couple times they tried to get us to not switch gloves between donors, even if they had blood on them (Pretty sure this violates several OSHA regulations). - Being disrespectful, demeaning, and unapproachable towards employees (The moment I stopped caring about this company was when the quality supervisor called me 'lazy' and 'slacker' on multiple occasions despite how much work I did for them.) - Most managers are uneducated and do not seem to know how to handle difficult situations, and will blame YOU if something goes wrong. - Operating on a good-old-boy network. You WILL NOT get anywhere in this company unless you are willing to sacrifice an arm and a leg for them. - Promising you new training and then taking weeks or months to go through with it, if at all. - Not giving room for a work-life balance at all. If the power goes out and donations stop for two hours guess what, you're going to stay after for two extra hours to make up for it.

Pros

Competitive pay, easy work, great benefits.

Cons

Unexpected additional tasks specifically for MP’s that were someone’s only job in the past (for 0 additional compensation), toxic leadership (specifically the COM’s as they do not possess the skills to manage people in the way a legitimate manager would-hense why they were only ever supervisors previously) that ended up in the positions they have due to recent restructuring, micromanaging everyone to oblivion, complete and utter disrespect from those unfortunate people in make shift supervisory roles.
