Pros
The Job doesn't require much out of you individually as long as you are fully staffed. In addition it pays well relative to all that's near by when you are hired on.
Cons
However, if you are hired as a Senior or Phlebotomist your pay will likely stagnate. You aren't eligible for the normal wage increases/ In addition the company rarely hires on new people for the lab and you will watch as you have less an less coworkers to fill the same amount of tasks. As well, people that get hired on after will make more then you do and you will not get brought up to their level despite having the experience and shown commitment. Finally, if you are a women, be prepared to get payed less even if you have better qualifications. A male felon cook will make more then you with your Bachelor's as that is who the management believes is so vital.
