      Hiring people with no experience in the medical field. With no customers service kindness. When they are hiring people in low income places in groups it only leads to fighting and who ranks above each other.

      Unexpected additional tasks specifically for MP’s that were someone’s only job in the past (for 0 additional compensation), toxic leadership (specifically the COM’s as they do not possess the skills to manage people in the way a legitimate manager would-hense why they were only ever supervisors previously) that ended up in the positions they have due to recent restructuring, micromanaging everyone to oblivion, complete and utter disrespect from those unfortunate people in make shift supervisory roles.
