Pros
Good benefits, PTO rolls over and caps at 200 hours, a lot of experience can be gained from working for the company.
Cons
Doesn't pay employees enough. Responsibilities always fall on the center despite some of the issues and problems being caused by external factors that can't be controlled by the center itself (ex: external labs that are used for test results). Donors always blame the center staff for issues we cannot control.
