      - You are your own boss / in charge of you own workflow - Company promotes from within - Interesting work / always new problems to solve - Culture is really supportive and team friendly - Business travel to clients and tradeshows - Become an Amazon expert

      Cons

      - Smaller company so systems are still being improved on but opportunity to lead initiatives due to size of company. - Have to be scrapy but that is really a function of working on Amazon.
