Lack of training and development. Omni also promotes individual performers to leadership roles, which doesn’t always work. In my case, I had a manager that was more interested in selling product than growing her team. Consistently ignored, and even shamed when I came in with no experience and seeking to learn. Questions were not welcome with this employee (though this may not be the case with other leaders).
