Everyone on the field mentality, the people!

The app is behind but there is progress in the making.

I could list a ton of pros but one by one they dropped off including monetary incentives

-Decisions seem to be made blindly -Data driven decisions that aren't based off of real data -Wild swing for the fences that in part created a once profitable company to start dropping customers like flies while also not acquiring new ones -A lot of road blocks to make the product less sellable and then the blame goes to managers so a lot of change in management -Lack of "open door policy" they preach
