Pros
Some great people work here that really believe in what they're doing and go to work every with a lot of optimism. Everybody goes to work with the best of intentions.
Cons
They're going to work with optimism because they're wearing blinders. There's a cadre of people who've been calling the shots for a long time that are deeply rooted and are fundamentally ineffective and completely lack a strategy for success. Good intentions don't necessarily translate to success and you'll find yourself confused. They'll call it rapidly changing. Right now, it's more like desperately grasping at straws.
