Pros
Since I joined earlier this year, I have a seen a huge increase in the ownership individual engineers have on their code and features. We have short release cycles, so projects take weeks instead of months. The biggest pro is the impact individual engineers have - driving specific customer facing features and getting the direct feedback from the customer on their work. And they aggressively focus on growing and promoting engineers.
Cons
It is a fairly fast-paced and somewhat chaotic environment. We are agile in changing course and working on new initiatives, but I know that this type of environment is not for everybody.
