Don’t waste your time with this company! Management is a complete joke and doesn’t have any clue how to run a company. They give you stock options to get you to take the job yet they have no idea when they are going public (if they ever do). They will hire overqualified people with tons of experience at 60k base then they will hire people with little to no experience for 90k at senior level. The AE’s train the Senior AE’s. The only people they like to move up are ex Amazon employees. It’s almost like a cult. The AE’s that prove themselves rarely get promoted while the laziest people that spit a bunch of BS to the sales floor get promoted. 60k base in the Bellevue/Seattle area doesn’t even allow someone to live. You will be selling to car dealers which are the absolute worst people to deal with on the phones. Management doesn’t coach new reps at all. They literally just sit on their thumbs and tell people how busy their days are. All they do is approve quotes which takes 2 seconds. They have implemented a bunch of new systems that don’t help the sales team at all. They are actually slowing the process down a ton! Instead of doing what sales managers are hired to do, they pass off their duties to the reps. The managers just give you the typical corporate jargon answers when you ask them anything. Complete phonies/artificial people. Stay away!
