Pros
OfferUp is a great company with a unique culture. Folks here are very open minded and helpful. They truly appreciate one another and are always ready to reach out if you need help. Product is great and people love it. For the last year when working from home, management and execs did a phenomenal job helping out, understanding and driving results. Talent is very high. It is just a nice place to be.
Cons
Focusing on tech issues is often important but may come at a career growth cost. As in every startup, there are tough moments but the silver lining is that the team can overcome the issues.
