Smart people, terrible leadership - User Experience Designer Ogilvy Employee Review

One of the worst mistakes you can make at a company is just moving people into leadership because they started there at the beginning and weren't smart enough to leave. There was a total lack of true leadership at almost all divisions of this company (except development). Truly people that are attempting to sell clients on user experience design without having any education or background in the field. It's a house of cards that is quickly crumbling as they continue to lose clients and fail to win any new ones.
