Pre lay off: Great work environment Work life balance Awesome operational staff to partner with Post lay off: Losing all the great people so that negates everything above
Cons
Senior leadership out of touch Inconsistent pay below industry average No accountability Health benefits are mediocre at best No clear path to growth/promotion Laid off almost 700 IT workers some of which have grown with the company over 30 years to outsource in order to "improve patient care". This proves they do not value their employees and do not care about their community.
