Management always had a new story for why we were short staffed or why things were delayed. Then we were promised salary reviews to get up to market rates. That turned into a massive outsourcing to India. We had to train our replacements. We were lied to multiple times about transparency, the purpose of outsourcing and other things. OhioHealth said it wasn't sending any work to India, but we had rooms full of people in India that we had to train remotely. OhioHealth let a lot of local, loyal expertise leave the building. Now some unknown number of people in India have access to all OhioHealth patient medical records. I'm sure they won't admit this publicly, but it is true. I have no issue with people in India or anywhere else. But as a whole, they don't have the best reputation for following the law or not selling information.
