Pros

Flexibility, plenty of care sites if you decide you want to switch speciality almost always an opening if you decide to travel, pay is average for the region. Large ability to pick of incentive shifts if you so wish. No mandatory overtime.

Cons

Lack of just culture and holding accountability to staff who consistently underperform below the standards and expectations of the organization. Depending on care sites, some can be incredibly retaliatory and lack inclusion of diversity for other races and members of the LGBTQIA community. Benefits are horrible in comparison to other organizations nearby.

Pros

Not many, their are some nice coworkers but not enough

Cons

They will work you like a dog while also blaming you for not meeting unrealistic expectations. You will put your liscense on the line working here,
