Pros

Wonderful coworkers, clear policies, procedures, and protocols.

Cons

Entry level pay seems to be an issue, and it’s unfortunate that blanket policies are made across the board when some issues could be rectified very simply with one on one coaching. The freestanding ED network is a shambles though. Go work for the larger hospitals and you’ll have far more support and variety of work.

Pros

Not many, their are some nice coworkers but not enough

Cons

They will work you like a dog while also blaming you for not meeting unrealistic expectations. You will put your liscense on the line working here,
