Lazy management All about the numbers (these people will sell stuff that doesnt need to be serviced and they dont like it when you say something about it) Services arent always performed properly (even when the managers do them) Employees are undervalued and "replaceable" No opportunity for advancement as a technician Even as a CSA theres very little incentive to sell (your manager will make a nice bonus off your hard work though so thats nice)
