Organization has been going through quite a bit of change in staff from President level to non-management staff as company moves from start up to more mature organization. Company still a bit understaffed development area, though management has been adding new staff over time to address. It is good to have previous experience working for P2 Energy Solutions, since new management has a bias towards folks from this company.
