      Pros

      New Management is young, focused, and looking to take on the competition with innovation and take a real lead in the industry. Company Incentive plan, good salaries for engineering folks and a new breath of fresh air coming into the management ranks.

      Cons

      Has had it's challenges as the new younger Executive staff is coming in. Older more seasoned folks who are gun shy of stepping out and taking technical risks.

      A few nice people who work there

      Cons

      There’s no support for employees and leaders lack proper planning and consistency. There’s a lot of confusion and lack of direction. It is an unstable work environment.
