Good PTO but overwhelming workload and stagnant pay - Administratove Assistant Oklahoma State University Employee Review

Local hospital and most doctors are not in network with our insurance so we have to drive an hour to be seen. No raises for years. No promotions even after a decade of service. Positions not being refilled with current staff taking on additional tasks without compensation, pay raises, or title changes. No OT or comp time allowed. No tuition waivers for staff. Record enrollment without the staff needed to manage the influx of students. Parking costs a small fortune. Overworked and grossly underpaid.
