Pros
It is inspiring to work with so many bright people in such a collaborative team. The product is a revolution in the market and being a part of this is awesome. This thing at Okta is that you really are a part of it, not just someone that is pushing a specific pile of papers as a job. There is lots to learn here!
Cons
As any rapidly growing company, Okta tries to reinvent processes and procedures in a rapid pace. This leads to change, which some people can handle better than others. The alternative to change is worse, so we go along with it, embrace it. Only work at Okta when you can easily switch gears and your ambition exceeds you capabilities!
