We do not view Okta as a place we work but rather as a place where we passionately collaborate together to continue to grow OUR company as we strive to attain our vision. We thrive on customer success across every function of the company and our customers see this in action daily.
Cons
Things move fast at Okta due to the ongoing fast paced growth. This is not a place where you can coast along. We are constantly needing to re-evaluate how each function/team perform their roles and processes as the increase growth and scale require frequent change. In my opinion, this is really a positive and allows EVERY employee to play a role in growing Okta into an Iconic company!
