If you want the opportunity to have an impact, work with a phenomenal team and to grow with a great company then Okta is the place for you. Customer success is part of our DNA and, in addition to great products, is our biggest differentiator. This is key to running a successful SaaS business--Okta has this nailed. Hard work, creativity and teamwork required in order to do well here.

Pros

Some people are very down to earth and make coming to the office worth it. Other than that, being an employee here nowadays is an absolute joke.

Cons

Peak toxicity coming from management. Most people here suck other than the few that are real people and not corporate “sherpa” robots. The company culture has grown more and more toxic as the days go on and product demand has slowed down. I would not work here unless it was absolutely life or death. STAY AWAY PLEASE. Go work for some AI startup or some founding role at a cool company that will value your skills and not just treat you as a number. Okta is not what Okta used to be.
