Pros

Product is solid. Growing at high rate. People are willing to lend a hand, especially during onboarding. Industry is relevant and customer base is loyal.

Cons

Company is a bit too woke for it's own good. You can tell that they're trying too hard to protect their "image". They don't seem to honor each individual's opinion, but instead force their opinion on you and expect you to fall in line. If this can get better I wouldn't see why I wouldn't recommend that anyone work there.

Pros

Some people are very down to earth and make coming to the office worth it. Other than that, being an employee here nowadays is an absolute joke.

Cons

Peak toxicity coming from management. Most people here suck other than the few that are real people and not corporate “sherpa” robots. The company culture has grown more and more toxic as the days go on and product demand has slowed down. I would not work here unless it was absolutely life or death. STAY AWAY PLEASE. Go work for some AI startup or some founding role at a cool company that will value your skills and not just treat you as a number. Okta is not what Okta used to be.
