Pros
- Gartner Leader in the market means prospects are likely to be familiar with the technology, making outreach to prospects and sales much more straight-forward - massive potential to make a lot of money - achievable targets and generous commissions - work from home - lots of autonomy in the job with little micro-management
Cons
- on-boarding could be improved, especially for those starters working from home (this has been acknowledged by Sr Mgmt for improvement and steps are being taken to improve the on-boarding experience) - genuinely can't think of many downsides to the job - loads of flexibility with your schedule with high levels of compensation - ideal!
