      Competitive salary & benefits Kind and effective leaders Flexible on living location and remote work

      Cons

      A large percentage of employees don't know what great looks like Quality of work output is often sloppy, lacks strategy, and supporting orgs (like procurement & legal) don't function well making day to day work incredibly difficult. Lack of diversity and female leaders Hasn't paid full bonus in 2 years

      Great Benefits. Fantastic product. Company is scaling (or at least trying to).

      Cons

      Management and company culture has grown toxic. Extremely political and dramatic. Specifically in sales, marketing, and the C-Suite. I wouldn’t recommend joining okta unless you are some type of director or above and also remote. SF just RTO’d and it’s been miserable.
