1. Constant turnover at all levels including executive leadership 2. Extremely difficult to sell to strategic accounts - multiple team members closed $0 for an entire fiscal year 3. Strategic AE quotas are extremely high - less than 10% of AE’s hit quota 4. Strategic AE comp plans are a joke. 20% of OTE is based on selling multi year deals. This is a challenge if you sell upsells/add on’s because customers do not want to early renew w/o significant discounting.
