Pros
Okta has a great product, culture and leadership. I interviewed with 6 different people and each was extremely easy to talk to with zero arrogance and attitude. It has been the same as I came on as an employee. I met with the president of sales for my division at HQ and we met causally for 2 hours from 4:30-6:30. Great people.
Cons
The sales cycles of waiting on competitors contracts to be up for renewal is long (3 years) so you need a lot of customers (existing & whitespace). Then in the large global accounts the competition is a lot from Ping Identity which their main advantage for customers is dirt cheap pricing, which is hard to compete with depending on the customer.
