      -Okta's a fast-paced, growing company that pushes you to constantly learn, improve, and be your best -Excellent sales leadership that is committed to internal growth/promotion -A very transparent company, both internally with employees and externally with customers -Okta's culture is 100% focused on customer success, which requires hard work and commitment to each and every customer -A phenomenal place to start and/or grow your career

      Cons

      I can only speak to the sales side of the organization - This company is not for everyone. If you're looking for a job where you can just "get by" without pulling your weight, look elsewhere. This is a company for people that are looking to build an amazing company that will be the long-term leader in this space and take on the legacy giants.

      Cons

      Like many publicly traded SaaS companies, Okta has aggressive revenue targets. Employees in sales, account management, and customer success frequently note that quotas are demanding, territories can change unexpectedly during annual restructuring, and pressure to expand accounts can lead to burnout.

      Pros

      Great Benefits. Fantastic product. Company is scaling (or at least trying to).

      Cons

      Management and company culture has grown toxic. Extremely political and dramatic. Specifically in sales, marketing, and the C-Suite. I wouldn’t recommend joining okta unless you are some type of director or above and also remote. SF just RTO’d and it’s been miserable.
