Poor management and lack of employees - Dishwasher Old Chicago Employee Review

Lacks teamwork in the kitchen so the dishwasher ends up staying till after midnight doing dishes and teamwork is nonexistent even though the managers throw the word around at team meetings it’s meaningless the pay rate is ridiculous as there are no raises and the management wants to stay open till 11p when they can’t even get the decent business to stay open till 10p that’s just wasting company money and employees time at least what few employees they can get with their current policies and current pay rate
