Was basically on call. If they needed me, I'd go in and work. Every day, I had to call to find out if I had a job or not, which is hassle when you have realistic home budget needs to meet. Management lacked integrity as well. They were nice but when regional management came down they put on the horse and pony show at our expense. I remember a specific time when a heavy pallet was stacked on top of a small refrigerator just to fill the trailer to maximum capacity. I specifically expressed my concerns to the manager. Later, the regional manager saw this and management quickly blamed me for the error instead of taking ownership of their own mistake.
