Pros
Great relations between employees, open door policy, Excellent pay and benefits. Truly felt like I was treated like a person not another number
Cons
As a linehaul driver you may have several hours everyday you're not compensated for, breakdown/delay pay is a joke. Many terminals don't have assigned tractors some of them are rather disgusting especially if you're not a smoker have to drive in a truck that was just chain smoked in for 12 hours with the windows up. Very long work weeks 60-70 hours is the norm for linehaul drivers.
