Good old boy mentality; resistant to change, years behind the curve in technology, clueless executive leadership and business owners who think they know more about technology than the people in IT. Does not trust its workers if it can't micromanage them. Forced many IT workers back into the office while Covid-19 was still rampant, even though they are able to work just as effectively remotely.
