Pros

At the beginning there was lots of pros, I was told I was next in line for a linehaul position and then let me go due to a work injury. I’ve no pros to say about the company at this time. They are extremely dishonest. I’ve pics to prove, they’ve deleted my story on thier FB page over 40 times. They’ve blocked me. It’s pretty sad for a company who claims to be family oriented and professional to do this.

Cons

10 reviews a day agoNEW I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone to work, this is my story “This company is known as the family company. Supposedly all their employees are family to them. I worked here 2+ years as a driver. Tore my acl and meniscus on the job pulling an 1700 pound pallet to the back of my semi for a delivery. On the job mind you. Was going to take 6 months for a full recovery after surgery and they terminated my position after 4.5 months. Lost seniority, benefits and everything and said it’s part of the job. They don’t have to hold my job for me. If this is how they treat “family” could you imagine how they’d treat they’re customers? Also when I posted what happened on their Facebook page to tell the truth they deleted my comments so only the good comments show. I have excellent reviews from my supervisors and managers there so it wasn’t my performance.” I share this not to publicly bash anyone, but more to share the story of a hardworking employee who worked here and gave his 110% effort all of the time on the job. I wasn’t a bad employee, I didn’t injure myself outside of the work place. If I did, then I could understand. I hurt myself on the job. This isn’t just a bandaid fix, this is something that I’ll have to live with for the rest of my life. They don’t care whatsoever. I stayed in constant communication with them throughout the process of my knee. Everything was always assured, there were points I would be nervous that I wouldn’t have a job. They always told me I would, not to worry. When I was released to light duty, I called my manager. Everything was good, he said I could come back the next day. Well less than a day, he calls back and tells him I no longer have a job there. Talk about a slap in the face! I’m not one that likes to talk down about a place, but you better believe that I’ll do my best to let everyone know his story about working here in hopes that others know and take caution when looking to work here. I’d like to this happened at the Louisville Kentucky terminal, however they aren’t individually managed. This is how they treat you across the board.
