Good pay, 12 days vacation to start, 100% 401k match up to 6%, can transfer anywhere in the US that has an opening, company will train you and pay for your class A cdl
Cons
Overtime is after 60 hours, no end time (hope you like to see the sun rise), company invests less and less into people and facilities every year despite record breaking profits, management is hit and miss, freight is always dumped or super heavy for hand freight, you will get hurt
