Pros
- Great opportunities to move up in the company. I was able to go from a part-time, entry level dock position all the way to outbound supervisor (base level management at a terminal) within 4 years. Great company to get a foot in the door with and create a solid career. - Benefits are dirt cheap and pretty solid, which is a huge plus when you consider that healthcare costs are always on the rise.
Cons
- High stress environment if you're in a supervisory role or higher. They have great expectations, but things like staffing aren't always addressed in a timely manner and it can hurt your performance.
