The firm is extremely energetic and dedicated to training team members to maximize their potential. Technology never stops evolving and traders never stop improving. Each trading desk is different but the quality of people in each seat is outstanding. Traders and quants get excellent experience immediately and very detailed cross-training annually. Flat hierarchy makes it easy to approach top management with feedback or for advice. Outstanding company culture.

Cons

Be ready to work hard! This isn’t a place to coast or underperform.

Amazing place to both start your career and come in mid-career if you are looking for a challenge and to be a big fish in a small pond. Lots of growth opportunities for people who work hard. Leadership is made up of good people who are honest and transparent. Fun events, free food, genuinely nice colleagues who are easy to work with. Very exciting time to be at the firm as well, lots of moving parts.
